Ingredients
 1 Chopped shallot
 10 Fresh coriander
 1 Worcestershire sauce
 1 pinch Pepper
 2 Gouda, Edam, or Emmental
 1 Medium-hot mustard
 2 Ketchup
Directions
1

Preparation of the steaks In a mixing bowl, knead the ground meat by hand with the chopped shallot, chopped coriander, Worcestershire sauce, and a bit of pepper. Shape 15 small slightly flattened balls and sauté them for 1 minute on each side in a non-stick pan. Remove and set aside.

2

Preparation of the buns. Using a cookie cutter with a diameter of about 3 cm, cut mini discs from the hamburger buns. Each bun can make 5 mini burgers. Only cut one slice at a time to get nice circles. Use the tip of a round knife to pop the bun out of the cutter.

3

Preparation of the cheese and sauce. Using the same cutter, cut out 15 rounds of cheese. In a bowl, mix the mustard and ketchup.

4

Assembling the mini burgers: a bread base, then a slice of cheese, a small meatball, 1 teaspoon of sauce, and finish with another piece of bread, securing everything with a wooden skewer through the center.

5

Bake for 10 minutes at 150°C to finish cooking the meat, melt the cheese, and make the bread slightly crispy. Serve immediately.

So good! I will make them again and again! I made them for a buffet and they literally disappeared in front of my eyes! I received nothing but compliments, and in addition to their visual appeal, they are just as good as traditional homemade burgers! My suggestion: Don't change anything, they are perfect!!!

For both kids and adults, it makes an impact! I tested it for my niece's birthday who is a fan of fast food... it impressed her! My suggestion: I spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side and ketchup on the other side. I sliced cherry tomatoes and pickles. A little tip: do all the cutting beforehand.

Yum Original, this recipe amused my guests (who are all adults!) and they enjoyed it. I simply hadn't added Worcestershire sauce to the ground meat, and next time I'll try it with cheddar!

Superb I tried it, a really nice, original, and very simple recipe! A true delight! My suggestion: I only used shallots in the meat.

Very good idea I was looking for ideas, I will definitely make it at the next dinner party I have to organize. My suggestion: My tip for the cookie cutter: I use a small can of tomato paste.
