Ingredients
 100 Peeled shrimp
 2 White ham
 3 Green peas
 200 Rice
 2 Onion
 2 Egg
 3 Peanut oil
 2 pinches Salt and pepper

Preparation of rice: Place the rice in boiling salted water to cook. Rinse under cold water, drain, and let it cool.

Preparation of the filling Cut the ham into small squares. Peel and finely slice the onions.

Cooking the vegetables Heat a tablespoon of oil and fry the onions with the peas for 3 minutes. Set the mixture aside.

Preparation of the eggs: Crack the eggs and beat them into an omelet with salt and pepper. Pour a tablespoon of oil into the pan and cook the omelet over low heat. Place it on a flat plate and cut into thin slices.

Preparation of the shrimp Heat the last tablespoon of oil and sauté the shrimp for one minute. Add the rice, onions, peas, ham, and the omelet cut into strips.

Serve. Adjust the seasoning and let it cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the rice from sticking.

    An ingredient that seems essential is missing: soy sauce. For the amount indicated, 2 or 3 tablespoons should be added at the end of preparation before mixing.

    Awesome! Failsafe and truly delicious! Easy to customize according to your taste. Personally, I had neither onion nor ham at home and yet the dish was not bland; it was actually quite flavorful!     Excellent I have made this recipe countless times and I didn't realize it didn't have a rating! I find this recipe perfect. It's simply the taste of fried rice that you find in Chinese restaurants. I never get tired of it.

    Very good recipe, easy. I made my rice the day before and before reheating it, I mixed it with a little olive oil.
