Recipe for Fennel, Avocado, Orange, and Toasted Sesame Tuna Salad

An uncommon salad with very original flavors...

For the salad
 1 Fennel
 1 large organic orange
 1 Avocado
 1 natural tuna
 1 Shallot
 1 toasted sesame seeds
For the sauce
 1 Honey
 2 Lemon juice
 3 olive oil
 1 pinch Salt
 1 Pepper
Directions

Peel the orange and separate the segments. Reserve the juice obtained during this process. Wash the fennel, remove the first layer if it is damaged, and then slice it thinly.

Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Remove the skin and pit from the avocados, then slice them. Prepare the dressing. Pour the honey into a bowl. Mix with the reserved lemon juice and orange juice, then add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Put all the prepared ingredients into a large bowl, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
