A recipe for Bolognese lasagna that I learned from a friend and found very easy for my first real cooking experience.
Preparation of the Bolognese sauce: Sauté the chopped onions with a little oil in a saucepan. As soon as they start to change color, add the meat. Stir while adding a little pepper (to taste). Once the meat is cooked, pour in the tomato sauce and add a little until the mixture takes on a red color.
Preparation of the béchamel sauce. For the béchamel sauce, pour two glasses of milk into a saucepan, then add flour and a little salt (you can add a small piece of butter). Stir until you reach the desired thickness. Tip: do not let it thicken too much, otherwise it will be difficult to spread.
Laying out the lasagna In a dish, spread a layer of béchamel, then a layer of the meat and onion mixture, followed by the lasagna sheets... and continue the process until finishing with a layer of béchamel topped with grated cheese.
