We all really liked it. I didn't have time to marinate for 1 hour, and I didn't drain the tuna cubes before putting them in a wok with the marinade. As a result, I didn't get the caramel effect, but it was still very good.

Excellent Easy, quick, very good! Even for people who are not fans of tuna. I will make it again! My suggestion: add a salad with avocado and cucumber with dressing.

Excellent recipe, quick and very good. I cooked the tuna raw in the pan, kept it warm, prepared the sauce in the same pan, and reheated the tuna for a few seconds. Indeed, 5 minutes is too long. I prefer 2 minutes, and 1 minute in the sauce. It was delicious.
