Today I offer you a dish made with squid. A delicious dish, fragrant and light, slightly spicy, easy and quick to make. A great alternative to a fish dish.

Yields4 Servings
Prep Time10 minsCook Time15 minsTotal Time25 mins
Ingredients
 600 Giant squid sliced
 3 Sunflower oil
 1 Onion
 3 cloves Garlic
 1 chopped fresh ginger
 1 pepper
 4 Soy sauce
 2 Lemon juice
 pepper to taste
 1 chopped parsley (or cilantro)
Directions
1

Prepare all the ingredients, as the cooking will go quickly. Cut the squid into small pieces (3 cm * 1 cm for me). Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it. Finely chop the parsley.

2

Heat a large skillet with the oil. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it is slightly golden.

3

Add the garlic, ginger, and chili and cook for another minute, stirring.

4

Add the squid. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes. It will change color and become very white.

5

Lower the heat to medium. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce, and a bit of pepper. Pour into the pan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6

Finally, serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley, with white rice.
