An economical and delicious quiche that is very easy to prepare. Get to cooking!

Ingredients
 1 chopped onion
 2 butter
 1 ripe tomato diced into small pieces
 1 zucchini cut into small triangles
 4 eggs
 1 milk
 flour
 salt
 pepper

Thaw the dough at room temperature. Roll it out on a lightly floured flat surface. Line a tart pan with it. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Sauté the onion in hot butter. Add the diced tomato and the pieces of zucchini. Season with salt and pepper and sauté lightly. Set aside.

Beat the eggs. Pour in the milk. Add salt. Combine with the vegetable mixture and mix well.

To finish, pour the previous mixture over the dough. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
