Preparation of the zucchinis. Wash the zucchinis without peeling them and cut into slices 5 mm thick. Set aside.
Cooking Preheat your oven to 180 °C. In the mixing bowl, add the onion and garlic, then blend for 10 seconds at speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Pour in the olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 90°C at speed 1.
Then add the zucchini and crumble the cube into the bowl and cook for 12 minutes at 90°C in reverse at simmering speed. Drain the zucchini and leave them in the bowl. Before adding the cream, the egg, and salt and pepper, mix for 3 minutes in reverse at speed 1.
Finally, transfer the mixture to a baking dish, add the Parmesan, and bake for 20 minutes.
