I invite you to take a ticket to Japan... This recipe for chicken meatballs with a soy sauce, either cooked in a skillet or baked, is delicious.
Toast the sesame seeds without any oil. Then set aside. Cut the chicken into large pieces, preferably from the thigh, as it tends to be more tender. Put all the liquid ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Add the meat, which should marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before placing it in the fridge, toss in the sesame seeds and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. After resting, rinse the leeks. Cut sections of the leek. Take the chicken out of the fridge. You can finally skewer. Start with a piece of chicken and then a piece of leek... Continue until all the meat and leeks are used up.
Place a pan with a little oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Place the skewers in the pan and let cook on one side for about 7 minutes. Do the same on the other side... At the end of cooking, pour the remaining marinade over the skewers.
To finish, serve immediately with rice.
