 6 Paris mushroom
 1 Zucchini
 5 Chives
 1 Soy sauce
 1 Olive oil
 2 pinches Salt and pepper

Preparation of the vegetables. Wash the zucchini and the mushrooms. Slice the cabbage, and cut the zucchini and the mushrooms.

Cooking In a skillet or wok, pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the cabbage and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Pour the soy sauce and add the chopped chives.

Preparation of scallops: Sauté the scallops separately for 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.

    Excellent recipe, we loved it and will make it again. I didn't know about this variety of cabbage and I appreciate it a lot. It's not as strong as other types of cabbage.

    MEDIUM The taste of the cabbage is too strong compared to the scallops. Too bad.
