White wine sausages and potatoes: the easy recipe

A very simple dish to enjoy on a slightly chilly winter evening... The sausages are cooked here in white wine and accompanied by potatoes (you can also choose to use pasta). A quick recipe that can be made in a casserole or in a skillet.

Ingredients
 800 Potatoes
 75 White wine from Savoie
 2 Onion
 2 Shallot
 30 Flour
 30 Butter

Cooking the sausages Sear the sausages in a pot with butter until they are well browned on all sides. Remove them from the pot and set aside.

Cooking the onions In the pot, add the sliced onions and shallots and sauté until browned. Add the flour, mix, and then add the white wine.

Preparation of potatoes: Peel and wash the potatoes.

Simmer the sausages and potatoes. Place the sausages on a bed of onions. Add the potatoes cut into thick rounds on top. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to cook covered over medium heat for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
