Ingredients
 2 tablespoons of sour cream
 10 Asparagus
 1 Buffalo mozzarella ball
 60 Grated mozzarella
 A few leaves of arugula.
 1 clove Garlic
 Salt
 Pepper

Roll out the dough on your baking tray, keeping the parchment paper underneath.

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Peel the asparagus and cook it in a pot of boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and immerse in a bowl of cold water. Drain again and place on paper towels.

Peel and finely grate the clove of garlic. Mix with the cream. Spread the cream over the dough, add the grated mozzarella and half of the remaining asparagus cut in half lengthwise. Bake in the bottom of your oven for 15 minutes.

Upon coming out of the oven, add the remaining asparagus and arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.

To finish, sprinkle your pizza with sunflower seeds and a few slices of white onion.
