This baked goat cheese salad is a classic dish. It's a plate that can be served as a starter or a main course. Want a salad that's a bit more original? Pair goat cheese with a drizzle of honey, or choose breaded goat cheese: a real treat!
Preparation of the salad In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the vinegar, mustard, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Wash the lettuce and place it in the bowl. Mix.
Cooking the warm goat cheese toasts Preheat your oven to 250° and place each goat cheese on a slice of bread. Drizzle a drop of olive oil on each toast. Once the oven is hot, bake for 5 minutes, making sure the cheese is golden but not melting.
Serve the salad on each plate and place a warm goat cheese toast on top. Serve immediately.
