Ingredients
 200 Round white rice
 1 Onion
 1 Red bell pepper
 1 dash Olive oil
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Sliced Paris mushrooms
 100 Green peas
 800 Whole peeled tomatoes
 30 Boiling water
 1 Ground curry
 2 Ground paprika
 3 Tofu vegetable sausage
 Unrefined salt
 Pepper
 Coriander

Peel the garlic clove and the onion. Slice them. Wash the bell pepper. Remove the stem and seeds, then cut it into cubes.

Drain the mushrooms and add them to the mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic, onion, and diced pepper for a few minutes.

Next, add the rice, peas, and peeled tomatoes. Pour in the boiling water and mix.

Add the ground spices and the plant-based sausages that have been sliced.

Season with salt and pepper and let cook on low heat, covered, until the rice has absorbed all the liquid. Stir occasionally.

To finish, chop the coriander leaves and add them to the mixture. Serve.
