Regressive yet delicious, Christmas pudding is the ultimate zero-waste dessert! Offered in a vegan version, it is still very indulgent!

Ingredients
 100 brown cane sugar powder
 1 almond plant-based drink
 50 cocoa powder
100 dark chocolate (with over 70% cocoa if you prefer)
Mixed dried fruits of your choice: nuts, hazelnuts, raisins.
Directions
1

Cut the stale bread into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

2

Heat the plant-based drink in a saucepan, add the sugar and cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Let the bread soak well for at least an hour, then mash it with a fork.

3

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then pour it over the mixture. Mix well and incorporate the dried fruits of your choice. Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C for a creamy texture, or 1 hour for a cake-like texture.

4

Let your pudding cool, unmold it, and then decorate it by tying a sprig of evergreen, mistletoe, or holly on top to create a nice effect!
