A nice pastel color achieved thanks to the naturally blue pigment of spirulina, soluble in water.

 2 ginger root
 ½ lemon
 100 Greek yogurt
 40 milk
 1 cup ginger syrup
Directions

Pour the water and spirulina into a glass. Set aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator to allow the water to take on color, then filter using a coffee filter. Add finely grated ginger and lemon juice to the blue water obtained. Incorporate Greek yogurt and milk. Add ginger syrup.

2

Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes beforehand and mix well before enjoying.

To finish: Note that I replaced the ginger root with pickled ginger. Spirulina is composed of a high content of proteins, iron, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B12, A -beta-carotene-, E, D, etc.), antioxidants (phycocyanin), and essential fatty acids (omega 6), which makes it one of the most complete foods! It is also distinguished by its concentration of trace elements that the body needs daily (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc).
