A dish of turkey fillet pieces inspired by Thailand. It simmers gently in a pot to become very tender! Exotic flavors that differ from mushrooms or a whole turkey fillet in the oven. We love it!
Cooking the vegetables and rice Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces. Rinse them. Place the vegetables in a pot filled with water and cook for 15 minutes covered. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Cooking the turkey. Cut the onion into slices. Sauté them in a pan with a bit of olive oil over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the pieces of turkey, still over high heat, for 5 minutes.
Preparation of the curry sauce: Dilute the broth in 300 ml of hot water. Stir with a fork. Pour over the meat and mix. Add the cream and pepper. Add the parsley and curry to the mixture, stir, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Simmer Then drain the vegetables that you will add to the sauce with a pinch of chili powder. Mix everything and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Serve everything with white rice.
