Discover this recipe for a tuna zucchini cheese and curry cake. Ideal for an evening meal or a delightful picnic, this tuna and zucchini cake is just as good served warm or cold, and can be adapted with other spices.
Preparation of the dough Beat the eggs, add the olive oil, sprinkle in the flour and the baking powder, and mix everything well.
Add the topping. Mix in the grated zucchini, onion confit, grated cheese, and flaked tuna, then add the curry and combine well. Pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Baking Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (6/7) for 45 minutes; when you insert a knife into the cake, it should come out clean.
Serve delicious hot or cold, with a small salad and curry onion confit, a true delight.
