Dough for 10 empanadas
 250 Flour
 125 Butter
 50 Cold water
 1 Egg
 1 Egg yolk
 1 Salt

 1 Can of whole MSC tuna
 200 Tomato sauce
 1 Yellow bell pepper
 1 Green pepper
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper

Prepare the dough by mixing: flour, butter, and egg. Add water and knead until a smooth mixture forms. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, peel and chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Wash and finely chop the peppers, add them to the mixture and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce, mix, and let simmer for about ten minutes.

Open the can of tuna and pour it into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface, and cut out circles using a glass.

Place a bit of filling on one side of the circle, moisten the edges of the circle, and fold it over like a pocket.

Using a fork, create impressions to properly seal the pastries.

Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

To finish, let cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
