Yields4 Servings
Ingredients
 3 Mustard
 4 Medium-sized tomato
 1 Tuna
250 Grated cheese of the type emmental or aged cheddar
 1 pinch Provencal herbs
 ½ Red bell pepper
 Basil (optional)
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 7). Place the dough in the tart pan. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork (to aerate the dough during baking) and slightly roll up the edges of the dough to prevent it from burning during baking.

2

Brush the bottom of the pie crust with mustard, be generous and spread it well, evenly.

3

Sprinkle cheese, a first layer, over the mustard. Then cut the bell pepper into very small cubes. Also chop the tomatoes. Crumble the tuna as well. Arrange the tomatoes and the bell pepper, completely covering the dish. Then add the tuna, distributing it evenly all over, simply with your fingertips. (If you have basil, add it with the tomatoes).

4

Add cheese, completely cover the pie. And a few pinches of herbs on top for flavor.

5

To finish, bake for 30 minutes, monitoring the cooking. At the end of the cooking, the tart should be golden brown!

Tuna and Tomato Tart: the easy recipe

Feed the dough! Delicious!!! My suggestion: excellent, but personally, I always brush a tablespoon of olive oil on the puff pastry. It puffs up while baking and becomes crispier. A delight. I do the same for sweet pies.

Bravo! Very good recipe. Easy, quick, and full of flavors. Thank you! My suggestion: I used a lighter puff pastry and a bit of low-fat cream. A real treat!

Excellent. I don't like store-bought dough, and it's so quick to prepare a dough with olive oil. The tart is all the better for it.
