 1 Tomato
 200 Liquid cream
 4 Egg
 150 Grated cheese
 1 Thyme

Preparation of the tart Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the mustard on the puff pastry, then add the flaked tuna, chopped olives, and sliced tomato.
