Discover the traditional recipe for hibiscus juice. Made from hibiscus flowers, this refreshing drink is easy to prepare and is widely consumed in several countries.

 2 cups Hibiscus flower
 25 Water
 100 Powdered sugar
 2 Vanilla sugar
 1 pinch Grated nutmeg

Preparation of the hibiscus flowers Rinse the hibiscus well to remove any sand. Boil the hibiscus and water until the water is well colored.

Preparation of the juice: Remove the flowers, add the sugars, grated nutmeg, orange flower water and mix.

Rest and serve Leave in the refrigerator for 5 hours, taste according to your preference and add sugar (the drink is somewhat tart). Serve very cold.
