 250 Flour
 30 Baker's yeast
 1 pinch Salt
 1 Warm milk
 50 Melted butter
 1 Maroilles cheese
 1 Egg
 2 Sour cream

Preparation of the dough: Place the flour in a mound in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, the yeast dissolved in warm milk, and the melted butter. Mix with a spatula, work the mixture for a long time, knead for 5 minutes, then beat directly on a floured surface. Place the elastic ball of dough, dusted with flour, in a bowl covered with a cloth, and set it near a heat source.

Rest Fill a tart pan with the dough (after greasing it) and sprinkle with thin slices. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

Cooking: Place some butter or cream on top and sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 210°C.
