Preparation of the dough: Place the flour in a mound in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, the yeast dissolved in warm milk, and the melted butter. Mix with a spatula, work the mixture for a long time, knead for 5 minutes, then beat directly on a floured surface. Place the elastic ball of dough, dusted with flour, in a bowl covered with a cloth, and set it near a heat source.
