Traditional cheese fondue: the real recipe

Savoyard fondue/fresh bread top-notch recipe, adhered to until the end My suggestion: a tip, without stale bread, simply cut large pieces and put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 110/120 degrees; the result is less conventional but almost better than leftover bread (better texture, crispiness retained, and almost no chance of getting stale).

The cheese is Swiss... Savoyard fondue with Swiss cheese, I have doubts because it is Swiss. The three cheeses, Swiss cheese + vacherin + Swiss gruyère. Alternatively, instead of the Swiss cheese, we can, of course, use Emmental. I am Swiss, and my whole family was in this field. My suggestion: Use very good cheeses to eat with cured meat.

Even better than Swiss fondue... Use only Swiss gruyère and vacherin + cornstarch + garlic on the sides. 2/3 gruyère and 1/3 vacherin... Depending on taste, white wine and cherry brandy. The best, the real deal, the one and only.

It's good, but I have something better. My suggestion: It's true that this recipe is good, but I recently discovered something even better! Take equal quantities of a rich cheese, a nutty cheese, and a creamy cheese. Enjoy, it's the best.

Very good recipe. For my part, I think that given the price of good bread and cheese, it's a crime to add cherry brandy. It changes everything. Good cheese, good wine, good bread, that's enough. My suggestion: I add a bit of nutmeg and I prefer tea as a pairing drink, as it avoids the contrasting sensations on the palate, and it seems to promote digestion.
