This bowl cake is a dish that is easy and quick to prepare, and it's also healthy; it will allow you to eat well, deliciously, and nutritiously when you don't have time to cook.

Ingredients
 30 fine raw semolina
 1 tomato
 50 mozzarella
 50 milk, I took semi-skimmed
 1 olive oil
 Parsley
 Balsamic vinegar
 Salt
 Pepper

Wash the tomato and cut it into small cubes. Wash the parsley and chop it finely. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into small cubes.

In a bowl, put all the ingredients: raw semolina, milk, olive oil, diced tomato, diced mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.

Put in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.

To finish, enjoy: the mozzarella in the middle will be a bit runny. It’s perfect with a little bit of tomatoes and balsamic vinegar on top.
