Tomato and goat cheese tart: the easy recipe

Very simple pie to prepare and so delicious! Ideal for surprise guests.

Ingredients
 1 Mustard
 1 Tomato
 Long goat cheese
 100 Grated Emmental cheese
 Provençal herbs
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Roll out the dough in a tart pan and generously brush the bottom with mustard.

Quickly drain the can of diced tomatoes and distribute the diced tomatoes over the mustard.

Slice about 6 or 7 thin rounds of cheese and arrange them on the tomatoes. Lightly salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the tart with grated cheese and herbs.

To finish, bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 200°C. Remove the pie from the oven as soon as it is nicely golden and serve.

    Very good pie Excellent to serve with a green salad My suggestion: I added a ball of mozzarella cut into small pieces.

    Absorb the juice For my part, I add a layer of breadcrumbs to the bottom of the tart. This way, the juice from the fresh tomatoes is partially absorbed.

    Very practical This tart is easy to make, and you always have these ingredients in the refrigerator. My suggestion: Personally, I added honey mustard: divine!

    Cooking question This tart is very good served with a salad. But I can never manage to cook the bottom of my tart; it is very soft (not cooked), and yet I preheat my oven for 20 minutes and then bake it for 45 minutes. Do you have any advice?

    Delicious Quick to make and delicious. My suggestion: I add sliced and previously sautéed onions between the mustard and the tomatoes: it's even better!
