Chocolate three-layer dessert

 40 Heavy cream
 100 Mascarpone
 100 White chocolate
 100 Milk chocolate
 100 Dark chocolate
 Bitter dark chocolate powder

Whip the liquid cream until stiff peaks form. Once it is firm, add the mascarpone and divide the mixture into three equal parts.

White chocolate mousse: melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave and mix it with one third of the whipped cream-mascarpone mixture.

Milk chocolate mousse: melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and incorporate it into the second third of the whipped cream-mascarpone mixture.

Dark chocolate mousse: melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and fold it into the final third of the whipped cream-mascarpone mixture.

Place the three preparations in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes (to let them firm up). After 1 hour and 30 minutes, in cocktail glasses, start by adding the white chocolate, then the milk chocolate, and finally the dark chocolate.

To finish, sprinkle with unsweetened dark cocoa powder.

    three chocolate layers very sweet dessert, quite sickening My suggestion: halve the chocolate in each preparation, to avoid it being inedible.

    It's good but takes a long time to make. They were appreciated, but for a few servings, it's way too long and not easy for small quantities.

    Yum! Very good dessert, easy to make, even though it was the first time I made whipped cream. Really good, but I served it in cocktail glasses like in the photo; I should have used small cups. Because it is quite heavy. You really need to make this dessert after a light meal. That wasn't our case, but the guests were charmed. My suggestion: Presentation in small cups.

    Chocolate Delight A very simple recipe to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth result. All the reviews for this recipe made me smile... You don't need to be a great cook to make it; for me, it's about succeeding without hassle!!! My suggestion: The chocolate should melt slowly, otherwise it cooks and hardens. I do it simply in the microwave at 700w, watching it soften, and I add a tablespoon of cream.

    The white chocolate and milk chocolate mousses were very good. But there is a problem with the dark chocolate one, which hardens and therefore does not stay creamy. It ended up forming a hard crust on top. Really too bad. My suggestion: Only make the milk chocolate and white chocolate.
