 3 apples
 15 Butter
 2 muscovado sugar
 Sugar

Peel the apples and cut them into slices.

Melt the butter in a hot skillet. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Turn regularly until the apples are tender.

Pour the 2 ladles of batter. Keep on high heat. When the edges start to lift, reduce the heat, cover, and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

Flip the pancake onto a plate, then return it to the heat for two minutes.

To finish, place on a dish and sprinkle with sugar. Serve immediately.
