Ingredients
 2 sweet potatoes
 1 potatoes
 1 Sour cream
 ½ Mozzarella
 1 Ham
 Breadcrumbs
 Flour
 2 Eggs

Cook the sweet potatoes and potato in a large volume of salted water for about twenty minutes.

Blend with the sour cream, season, and let cool.

Cut the mozzarella and ham into small pieces.

Shape the croquettes by placing some puree in the palm of your hand, with a bit of cheese and ham in the center of the croquette.

Coat the croquettes in flour, then dip them in beaten egg and in breadcrumbs.

Fry them for a few minutes in a deep fryer or in a thick-bottomed pan.

To finish, once cooked, place them on paper towels before enjoying!
