A perfect Sunday night mac and cheese recipe for the whole family.

Ingredients
 300 Sausage meat
 200 Cherry tomatoes
 1 Tomato juice
 2 Onion
 4 cloves Garlic
 1 Whole sugar
 1 Dry white wine
 200 Grated Emmental cheese
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
 1 Flat-leaf parsley
 Olive oil

Finely chop your onions.

Chop the garlic and parsley; you can also use a ready-made frozen parsley-garlic mixture.

Melt your onions in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the crumbled sausage, cherry tomatoes, sugar, tomato juice, garlic, and parsley, along with white wine. Season with salt and pepper.

Let it simmer and reduce over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

While the filling is cooking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.

To finish, mix the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
