Ingredients
 680 Lean ground beef
 115 Cheddar
 2 Smoked bacon
 ¼ cup Mayonnaise
 4 Mustard
 4 Lettuce
 4 Red onion
 8 Gherkin
 4 Tomato
Directions
1

Cut the block of cheese into 4 large cubes. Set aside.

2

Mix the beef, bacon, and steak seasoning; divide into 4 portions. Shape each portion into balls; press a cube of cheese into each burger, wrapping the meat around to completely enclose the cheese. Shape each portion into a steak 2 cm thick.

3

Individually seal the pieces of meat using your vacuum machine following the device's instructions. Fill a pot with water. Add a immersion circulator and set the temperature to 85°C for well-cooked meat. Insert the vacuum-sealed bag into the heated water, using a weight to submerge it if necessary. Set the timer for 40 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the water and let it rest for 5 minutes before opening and removing the pieces of meat.

4

Preheat the grill on high heat. Grease the grill. Grill the pieces of meat for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until they are well grilled and hot.

5

To finish, assemble the pieces of meat in small buns with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
