A salad of strawberries delicately flavored with elderflower wine. A divine pairing of flavors. I regularly make elderflower wine during the flowering season. A delicate aperitif with an exceptional taste.
Wash the strawberries under water. Remove the stems and then cut them in half. Arrange them in a dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
Pour over with elderberry wine. Mix everything together. Place in the refrigerator for about twenty minutes. Note: The strawberry salad should not be too cold, to preserve the full flavor of the fruits.
