Strawberry Charlotte Recipe using a Thermomix.

A quick and easy strawberry charlotte to make, with minimal dishes to wash thanks to the food processor! Why deprive yourself?

The syrup
 50 Powdered sugar
Fruit mousse
 3 Gelatin
 30 Powdered sugar
 25 Water
 10 Lemon juice
 225 Strawberry
 200 Whipped cream
The cookies
 11 Sponge finger cookies
Directions

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.

Wash and hull the strawberries.

In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in the water for the syrup.

For the strawberry mousse, in the bowl of the mixing machine, add the sugar, water, and lemon juice, heat for 5 minutes, at Varoma temperature on speed 1.

Then drain the softened gelatin sheets, add them to the bowl and mix for 1 minute at speed 3.

When the timer goes off, add the strawberries and blend for 30 seconds at speed 6. Set aside in a mixing bowl.

Wash your bowl and cool it with cold water, then insert the whisk.

Then, add the cream to the bowl and mix for 50 seconds on speed 3. Gently fold into the fruit mixture and refrigerate. Remove the whisk.

To prepare the syrup, add the water and sugar to the bowl. Start by preparing, then heat for 5 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 1.

Finally, decorate with strawberries or other red fruits (In my case, I sprinkled with crushed pistachios).
