Discover this recipe for spicy beef fajitas and bell peppers. This recipe can be accompanied by a salad, rice, salsa, guacamole... depending on your preferences.
Preparation of the ingredients: Peel and slice the onion, wash and cut half of the bell peppers into small cubes (reserve the rest for later), crush the garlic clove, and sauté everything in the pan for about 5 minutes in olive oil.
Cooking Add the ground meat, herbs, and spices and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Assembly: Then place the ground meat vertically and at the center of each tortilla, roll your tortillas and place them in a baking dish. Once this step is complete, brush the tortillas with the cream.
Plating: Then place the remaining sliced peppers and grated cheese on top. When serving, heat the fajitas for 20 minutes in an oven set to 180°C.
