 25 Flat-leaf parsley
 1 Shallot
 3 cloves Garlic
 12 Salt
 2 Pepper
 2 Four spice pepper

Stir in the finely chopped parsley, shallot, and garlic, then add salt and pepper.

Shape the sausage. Wrap it in plastic wrap and form it into a log.

    super good the herb butter I was making almost the same recipe but with salted butter, so no need to add any salt and without shallots yum yum. I just tasted yours, it is also excellent so I will make both. I always have some sausage in the freezer because I make it regularly during the peak season of parsley and when I have free time. Thank you, it is always nice to be able to vary the recipes.

    Too salty in my opinion, 8 g of salt would have been enough.
