For the salad
 8 Smoked salmon
 1 Pomegranate
 170 Fresh goat cheese
 1 Walnut oil
 40 Dried cranberries
 Chives
 1 pinch Espelette pepper
For the dressing
 1 Honey
 2 Raspberry vinegar
 3 Nut oil
 Pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cheese and walnut oil. Add the chopped chives and the chili powder.

Chop the cranberries and nuts to get crushed pieces. Form balls with the cream cheese and dip them in the nut-cranberry mixture.

Arrange the salad leaves in a crown shape on each plate. Remove the seeds and sprinkle them in the crown.

Add, alternating, balls of cheese and slices of smoked salmon cut in half.

In a bowl, whisk the ingredients for the dressing until you achieve a smooth mixture. Drizzle the crown with the dressing.

To finish, sprinkle some additional nuts and add pepper. Enjoy!
