It's a very simple and delicious recipe for spaghetti with cherry tomatoes. It's the quintessential dish of young Italians, and it was even an Italian chef who taught it to me; I fell in love with it.

Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water. Meanwhile, remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut each one in half. Also chop the green peppers into small pieces after removing the seeds. Finally, roughly chop the garlic (the pieces should not be too large but not too small either).
Start by putting olive oil and a nice piece of butter in the pan. Add the chopped peppers and shortly after the chopped garlic. Once the garlic is cooked, pour in a bit of red wine to stop the cooking of the garlic (it also works with white wine, but the taste is better with red wine). Once the wine is added, cook the halved cherry tomatoes in the mixture until they soften and release some juice.
To finish, drain the spaghetti and pour it into the pan. Mix well with the preparation. It's ready! You are going to enjoy it!
