 250 Arborio rice
 16 Peeled shrimp
 1 Onion
 10 White wine
 10 Sour cream
 60 Grated parmesan
 Olive oil
 Salt and pepper
 Curry
 Parsley

Prepare the rice. Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the rice and stir until it becomes translucent. Pour in white wine and stir until evaporated.

Cooking Add a ladle of broth and stir until it is absorbed by the rice. Repeat the process until the broth is used up (about 18 to 20 minutes).
