 350 Leeks cut into pieces
 400 Carrots cut into pieces
 140 Onions cut in half
 1 clove Garlic
 10 Fresh ginger
 2 Curry powder
 10 Fresh turmeric or 1 tablespoon of ground turmeric
 15 Olive oil
 1 Tomato paste
 10 Soy sauce
 300 Cooked, peeled shrimp
 2 pinches Salt
 2 pinches Pepper

Thermomix accessories: measuring cup, spatula

Place the leeks and carrots in the bowl, then blend for 4 seconds at speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Transfer to a container and set aside.

Place the onions, garlic, ginger, curry, and turmeric in the bowl, then blend for 5 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl using a spatula.

Add the olive oil and the leek-carrot mixture, then cook for 15 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

To finish, add the coconut cream, tomato paste, soy sauce, shrimp, salt, and pepper, then cook for 8 minutes at 90°C on speed 1. Serve hot.
