Cut the chorizo into pieces and the pepper into strips. I used the equivalent of one pepper with three colors.
In a hot skillet, add oil, chorizo, and finely chopped garlic. Sauté, then add the bell peppers. Stir well.
Add the rice, making sure it is well coated for a nice color. Cover with water and cover. Cook for 2 minutes less than the package instructions. Add the shrimp and mix well.
