Salad jars, these are a trendy way to transport all the ingredients of a composed salad in a glass jar, ready to be consumed.

Ingredients
 4 Cooked rice
 1 Avocado
 4 Cherry tomatoes
 ¼ Cucumber
 2 Grated carrots
 10 Peeled pink shrimp
 1 Corn salad
 1 Seed mix: almonds, hazelnuts, cashews

Pour the dressing at the bottom of the jar: add the sauce first, at the bottom of the jar, so it doesn't cook the ingredients while waiting before the meal: yogurt sauce, vinaigrette, lemon dressing...

Add the rice, then the vegetables: diced avocado, sliced cucumber, grated carrots, halved tomatoes. Distribute the peeled shrimp, then the greens. Finish with the seeds, then close your jar and store in the fridge.
