Immerse the oats in a large volume of boiling salted water. Let cook for 8 minutes. Drain.
Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing coarse mustard, vinegar, and sunflower oil. Cook the lentils in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Drain them and gently mix with the vinaigrette.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing all the ingredients.
Wash the tomatoes. Rinse and hull the strawberries. Cut the tomatoes and strawberries into wedges and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
To finish, prepare each jar by layering the ingredients in the following order: salad dressing, tomatoes and strawberries in balsamic vinegar, oats, green lentils with whole grain mustard, feta, and lamb's lettuce.
