Seafood Spaghetti Recipe

Want a recipe with frozen seafood? Here are these delicious spaghetti with seafood in sauce. A tasty dish that can be easily prepared in a skillet!

Ingredients
 350 Spaghetti
 4 cloves Garlic
 200 Liquid cream
 1 Lemon juice
 1 Fresh parsley
 Salt
 Pepper
 Olive oil (cooking)
 Parmesan or gruyère

Preparation of the ingredients Take your seafood out of the freezer 1 to 2 hours in advance to remove as much water as possible. Chop the garlic and parsley. Squeeze the lemon into a glass.

Cooking Seafood Heat olive oil in a pan. Boil a pot of salted water with a bit of olive oil. You can sauté your seafood over high heat for a few minutes in your pan (5 minutes). Set the seafood aside for later.

Cooking the pasta Once the pot of water is boiling, add your spaghetti.

Preparation of the cream Meanwhile, take your pan and heat it up. Deglaze the pan with the lemon juice. Add the garlic and parsley for 1 minute. Then pour in the cream and let it reduce for a few minutes. Add the seafood, stir for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the spaghetti and serve it in deep plates. Then, using a ladle, pour 2 ladles of the seafood sauce into each plate. You can eat it as is or with a little cheese, or even with a lot of Parmesan.
