A delicious seafood spaghetti recipe.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. When it is hot, sauté the shrimp for one minute, until they change color.
Sauté the squid in the same oil. Sauté the mussels and clams until they are all opened. Add the garlic, and when it is slightly golden, add the tomato.
Sauté for a few minutes and add the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle some chopped parsley and let the tomato juice reduce.
Cook the pasta, drain it, and incorporate it into the pan. Add salt to your liking.
To finish, mix well. Sprinkle a little more chopped parsley. It's ready. Enjoy your meal!
