Today, I propose small savory waffles that my children love… with ham and cheese! They are a true delight.
Pour the beer into a container and let the foam dissipate.
In the meantime, pour the flour into a bowl, make a well and add the eggs, butter, and salt. Knead before gradually adding the beer. Mix until a smooth dough is obtained.
Cover and let rest for one hour.
To finish, heat the waffle maker and lightly grease it. Add the parsley, ham, and cheese to the batter. Mix. Cook the waffles until they are golden and serve hot.
