Panna cotta (cooked cream, in Italian) is a traditional dessert from Italian cuisine, originating from the Piedmont region, made with cream, milk, sugar, and gelatin. I propose a savory and lighter version, perfect for the beginning of spring!

Ingredients
 300 fresh cheese
 1 gelatin 2 g
6 spread of your choice here with bell peppers
3 spread of your choice here with black olives and sun-dried cherry tomatoes
 Salt
 pepper
 Parsley
Directions
1

Soak the gelatin in a little cold water.

2

In a saucepan, gently warm the cheese with the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the softened and drained gelatin along with the olive spread. If you don’t have it, simply blend some black olives with a little olive oil, or why not fresh goat cheese for even more flavors!

3

Stir well and then pour into each jar.

4

Cover the jars with the pepper spread. If you don't have it, you can blend some peppers from jars or ones that you have cooked with a little olive oil.

5

Finally, refrigerate for at least an hour and garnish with a bit of fresh parsley. You can of course make these panna cottas with only cream and vary the flavors of the spreads according to your preferences.
