Preheat the oven to 220°. Place the empty cast iron skillet inside.

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend.

Take the cast iron skillet out of the oven and add a little butter and a little oil.

Add the blender mixture and bake for 15 minutes.

To finish, for serving, top it as you like with a fried egg, cheese, arugula, chorizo, or cured meat...
