Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the butter and bring everything to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs. Gradually incorporate the boiling milk. Stir again. Add salt and pepper.
Add grated cheese. Mix.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Pour the batter into the mini molds that have been buttered in advance.
The cavities should be filled only to 3/4 full.
Finally, bake at 210°C. After 10 minutes, adjust the oven to 170-180°C and bake for about 25 minutes. Enjoy warm.
