Sardine Guacamole Recipe

A sardine guacamole, an original and tasty recipe. Ideal as a spread or to accompany fresh, plain tomatoes.

Ingredients
 1 can of sardines in olive oil
 2 avocados
 1 pineapple tomato
 Salt and freshly ground pepper

Open the avocados. Remove the flesh and put it in a bowl. Pour the contents of the can of sardines over the avocados.

Mash everything with a fork (you can use a mixer) to achieve a smooth paste. Pour the mixture into a small bowl.

To finish, on a plate arrange two quenelles of sardine guacamole accompanied by slices of pineapple tomatoes.
