For my lunch: a shortcrust pastry, mustard, good tomatoes, and real burrata!
Preheat your oven to 170°C. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the two tomatoes into thin slices. Roll out the pastry on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spread mustard on the pastry.
Place the slices of tomatoes on the mustard, then add the whole cherry tomatoes. Season with pepper. Fold the edges of the dough generously to form a nice tart. Drizzle the edge of the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds and a pinch of chili.
To finish, bake for 30-35 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, place the burrata on the tart. Drizzle a little olive oil and a pinch of sea salt over the cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
